Owner Sal D’Angelo established D’Angelo Winery is 1984 with his first location in Amherstburg Ontario. Moving out to the Naramata Bench in BC in 2001, made Sal the first winery sole proprietor to operate in two provinces. Sal was awarded the Grape King of Ontario in 1999 for the Best Vineyard. His philosophy is “Quality is grown.”
Our Approach
Being estate grown allows us to produce quality fruit that we manage. Our vineyards are trellised on Scott Henry and face south-southwest. Our reds are barrel-aged for 24 months.
